Bohdan Novoselskyi entered blacksmithing as a well-known artist who had previously worked in the field of artistic metal in the former territories of the post-Soviet space. The road to recognition was long. However, today, works born in the “Blacksmith’s workshops” of the town of Horodenka, Ivano-Frankivsk region, do not need to be signed. Works by Bohdan Noeoselsky are distinguished by the unity of form and harmoniously fit into any architecture and landscape. In the lines of gates, lanterns, wrought-iron furniture, chapels, one feels the breath of an artist attentive to nature and the human soul, a high level of creative flight.

Twenty years ago, the owner of a small forge, Bohdan Novoselsky, set himself the goal of becoming well-known and authoritative both for the average Ukrainian consumer and for the highest domestic and European elite. Continuous creative searches, sleepless nights – and here is the result: today “Kowalski Workshops” is a powerful production with modern infrastructure, where every sector is adjusted like clockwork.

Having a creative flair and organizational skills, Bohdan Novoselskyi knows that business cannot be done alone. Therefore, at the beginning of the activity of the blacksmith enterprise, the problem of qualified personnel was urgent: “I understood that no one would bring me a professional on a plate. therefore, my first task was to find and train a team of specialists.” Today, the enterprise has more than a hundred such specialists. And yet the closest and most reliable people are in the management positions: production director – Volodymyr Novoselsky, head of the personnel department – Nadiya Mykolaivna Novoselska. The atmosphere at the factory promotes the flourishing of creative potential: “Each member of the team has the right to vote, because the creative process is complex in its essence, because it requires the consolidation of efforts of all company representatives. And despite the fact that I myself belong to the creative cohort, sometimes I have to step over myself for the sake of the cause and the goal for which I have undertaken.”
